How do I request a refund for an app purchase or subscription?
All purchases and subscriptions are processed through the Apple App Store. TechChatLab does not process payments directly. To request a refund, please contact Apple Support at reportaproblem.apple.com or through the App Store app on your device. Apple's standard refund policy applies.
My app data is missing or corrupted. How do I recover it?
Our apps store all data locally on your device — we do not have access to your data and cannot recover it from our end. To protect against data loss, we strongly recommend using your device's iCloud backup or the in-app data export feature regularly. If you believe you've encountered a data-related bug, please contact us at support@techchatlab.com with your device model, iOS version, and app version, and we'll investigate promptly.
How do I delete all my data from your apps?
Since all data is stored locally on your device, you can delete all data by uninstalling the app. This permanently removes all locally stored data. Some apps also include a "Delete All Data" option in Settings. We do not store any of your personal data on our servers, so there is no additional deletion required on our end. Do you collect any personal data from our apps?
TechChatLab itself does not collect any personal data from our apps. All user-generated data is stored exclusively on your device using local encrypted storage. We have no servers that receive your data. However, our apps do include third-party advertising SDKs (such as Google AdMob and others) which may collect certain data for ad serving purposes, as disclosed in detail in our Privacy Policy. You can opt out of personalized advertising at any time through iOS Settings → Privacy & Security → Apple Advertising.
Are your apps safe for children to use?
Our apps are rated for general audiences. We take children's privacy very seriously and comply with COPPA and GDPR-K requirements. We do not knowingly collect personal data from children under 13 (or under 16 in certain jurisdictions). When Apple's Age Signal API indicates a user may be under the applicable age threshold, our apps automatically disable personalized advertising.
